Wyoming Wood ‘N Works was established in April 2003 by John Dierenfeldt, Jr. The company was established as a home remodeling, woodworking and lumber supply company. Since 2003, the company has expanded into woodworking and lumber sales.
Presently, Wyoming Wood ‘N Works is a vital source for wholesale hardwood lumber, exotic lumber and various other types of lumber in the state of Wyoming and the Mountain West Region. On Jan. 1, 2014, we took the next step in opening and operating a wholesale and retail lumber store in Casper.
We are currently working with six logging/sawmill operations, as well as operating our own logging/sawmill. We sell kiln-dried lumber, air-dried lumber and green lumber. We also pull roots of trees for base displays for hunting mounts and table bases. These are just a few of the wood items we offer.
Wyoming Wood ‘N Works is unique in that it has established relationships with wholesale lumber providers and has the capacity to produce the materials, as well. The logs are cut to the specifications needed, kiln dried (as needed) and shipped. This process allows us to procure some of the most beautiful North American lumber available at a competitive price.
Wyoming Wood ‘N Works currently boasts business relationships with more than 20 middle schools, high schools, trade schools and colleges throughout Wyoming, including Casper College. The students have helped to expand Wyoming Wood ‘N Works’ customer base as they themselves begin in the woodworking trade.
Schools, hardware stores, construction companies, cabinet makers, oil companies, transport companies, cement companies, ranches, gun makers and hobbyists are all part of our clientele.
